Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. If the item has been opened or used, a restocking fee may apply.
Refunds are only processed for purchases made on www.chillandrevive.com. Products bought via third-party distributors are not eligible for refunds through us.
Item-Specific Return Windows:
• IceGen Chiller: 10 days from delivery
• AirPop Slope & AirPop Barrel Tubs: 10 days from delivery
• Quick Dip : 3 days from delivery
To initiate a return, email us at support@chillandrevive.com with your order number and reason for return. You may be asked to provide photos or videos of the item.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a product, contact us at support@chillandrevive.com. We’ll guide you through the return of your original item and process your exchange accordingly.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Refunds will only be granted in the following cases:
• The item is returned unused and in original condition within the return window.
• The item arrives damaged, and we are notified within 24 hours of delivery with supporting proof.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product is damaged in transit or has manufacturing defects, please email support@chillandrevive.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear images or videos of the issue.
• We may request inspection or further details to confirm eligibility.
• If the fault is verified, a replacement will be sent (subject to availability), or a voucher will be issued.
• You will receive a response on faulty claims within 7 business days.
Warranty Policy
IceGen Chiller
• Warranty Duration: 1 year from purchase
• Covers: Manufacturing defects and operational failures under normal use
• Excludes: Physical damage, water exposure, misuse, or unauthorized repairs, Used with another Brand's Tubs.
AirPop Tubs (Slope & Barrel)
• Warranty Duration: 6 months
• Same terms and exclusions apply as above.
• Excludes: Physical damage, water exposure, misuse, or unauthorized repairs, Used with another Brand's Chillers.
To file a claim, email us at support@chillandrevive.com with your order number, issue description, and media proof.
Please Note:
• Chill and Revive is not responsible for delays in delivery once the product is handed over to the shipping partner.
• You are responsible for accurately completing the return request form and providing required documentation.
• A copy of your invoice must be included in the return shipment.
• If your product is lost or damaged during return transit, Chill and Revive is not liable, but we will assist in coordinating with the courier.
• Allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return for your refund or replacement to be processed.
